We are truly grateful to have had the opportunity to film at Burning Man this year for GoingFurthur.
It was our first burn, and we were completely blown away. It is truly difficult to put this experience into words, but we asked some fellow burners to do just that-actually, to describe the experience in just one word.
We hope you will enjoy the result as much as we did.
Shot, produced, directed and edited by Lindsay Kent and Colby Rex O’Neill with music by Moontricks

Burning Man is a unique annual festival, a temporary metropolis dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance.. It is the crucible of creativity, a festival where the people are not simply “attendees,” but rather active participants in every sense of the word: they create the city, the interaction, the art, the performance and ultimately the experience that is Burning Man.
This year was my first burn, travelling from the UK and enduring countless hours of preparation and I was finally on the Playa. I was overwhelmed with not only how stunning the dry lake bed environment was but also the challenges I faced while enduring the dust storms and sometimes bitter cold nights as well as scorching hot days however what I remember most is the sheer vast amounts of creativity… I believe there is more of it per square foot than anywhere else on Earth, and the energy it creates among the people is infectious. You can truly live moment to moment at Burning Man and radical self expression is accepted as normal. These are a few moments captured through my lens, hope you enjoy.
Burning Man is an annual festival that takes places in Black Rock City, located in the Black Rock Desert, Nevada. The event brings together a number of people from across the nation who are influenced by community, art, radical self expression, self-reliance, sharing, and decommodification.
One of the sculptures there is called “Love.” Created by Alexandr Milov from Odessa, Ukraine, the sculpture demonstrates a conflict between a man and a woman and, ultimately, an inner expression of human nature.
